YOKIJIDO ISLAND, Republic of Korea (Mar. 28, 2016) - At the Won Yang Elementary School, English Teacher, Mr. Shin Duk Jae (right) explains the script of a play to Utilitiesman 3rd Class Christian Konn (left) and Builder Constructionman Carlos Lopez (middle), assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4. Seabees of NMCB 4 have taken this opportunity to teach Republic of Korea children how to read, write and speak proper english during Exercise Foal Eagle. Foal Eagle is a series of joint and combined field training exercises conducted by Combined Forces Command and U.S. Forces Korea component commands.
