AG2 Nicholas Wissler, lead technician, Fleet Survey Team, U.S. Navy, jumps off the USNS Henson into the bay in Cartagena, Columbia, during the first day of Oceanographic Southern Partnership Station 10. Wissler was preparing to drive his Jet Ski to the Colombia Naval Base located here in order to prepare to demonstrate shallow water survey techniques for Colombia Naval staff assigned to the Centro De Investigaciones, Oceanograficas e Hidrograficas. O-SPS 10 is a joint project being conducted to demonstrate current oceanographic and hydrographic technologies and capabilities of the U.S. Navy, to share information on conducting military oceanographic surveys in various environments between members of the CIOH staff and the crew of the Henson, and to strengthen ties between each country's military.
