Gen. Craig R. McKinley, chief of the National Guard Bureau, visits with Sgt. 1st Class Ricky Zinke, of the 815th Engineer Company, March 22, at Olivet Lutheran Church, Fargo, N.D. Zinke is a member of a North Dakota National Guard quick response force team positioned at the church to respond to emergency flood fighting requests. McKinley spent the day in Fargo visiting the N.D. National Guard members currently on flood duty in the state.
