CATARINA, Guatemala – Women and children from the local area surround Arkansas National Guard Brig. Gen. Gregory Bacon, Deputy Adjutant General, as he hands out candy May 25, 2016, during Exercise BEYOND THE HORIZON 2016 GUATEMALA. Bacon’s mission in Guatemala was threefold, to see firsthand how the exercise was progressing, thank the service members for their hard work and connect with the local people.
