160519-N-MD297-077 CARTAGENA, Colombia (May 19, 2016) Rear Adm. George Ballance, commander, U.S. 4th Fleet, speaks to Cmdr. Robert Francis, commanding officer of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Lassen (DDG 82), while visiting the ship in Cartagena, Colombia. Lassen is currently underway in support of Operation Martillo, a joint operation with the U.S. Coast Guard and partner nations within the 4th Fleet area of responsibility.
