Dover Air Force Base Honor Guard member Airman 1st Class Andrew Des Marias, stands at the position of "port arms" prior to the start of the 436th Maintenance Group change of command ceremony, May 24, 2016, on Dover AFB, Del. Des Marias is assigned to the 436th Aerial Port Squadron as a fleet service specialist when not performing honor guard duties. During the ceremony, Col. Chuck Nesemeier relinquished command of the 436th MXG to Col. Tyler Knack. The officiating officer for the ceremony was Col. Michael Grismer, 436th Airlift Wing commander.
