General Robert B. "Abe" Abrams Commander, U.S. Army Forces Command races to the finish line at the Armed Forces Day 5K Run/Walk, Torrance, Calif. May 21st 2016 during the 57th Annual Torrance Armed Forces Day Celebration. This is the first year the 5K is part of the celebration and is planned to reoccur every year.
