A M2A3 Bradley Fighting Vehicle from 10th Engineer Battalion, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division passes through a lane created by a Mine Clearing Line Charge during a platoon’s Gunnery Table XII at Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany May 19. The MICLIC breached a minefield providing a safe lane to pass through the obstacle for follow on forces to continue with their mission. Qualifying on the gunnery table certifies the platoon and prepares them for Exercise Anakonda 16 to be held in Poland June 7-17. Anakonda is a Polish-led exercise that will include over 25,000 participants from 24 nations, supporting assurance and deterrence measures by demonstrating allied defense capabilities to deploy, mass and sustain combat power.
