Navy Ensign Andy Wang explains naval traditions, rules and regulations to Marines and Sailors of Task Force Koa Moana before they board the USNS Sacagawea (T-AKE 2) for a series of bilateral, multinational exercises at Tengan Pier, Okinawa, Japan, May 17, 2016.
