160423-N-ZZ999-003 KOROR, Palau (April 23, 2016) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 133 Civic Action Team (CAT) Palau cut the ribbon with members of the Koror State Government, Koror Evangelical Church, Emmaus High School, and Gospel Kindergarten during the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Emmaus Access Road Project in Koror. The ceremony was held to celebrate the completion of the project by CAT Palau and was attended by Amy J. Hyatt, the U.S. Ambassador to Palau; Yositaka Adachi, the Koror State Governor; and members of the community positively impacted by the project. The project included the work of the Navy, Army, and Air Force teams in conjunction with Palauan apprentices to place over 300 cubic yards of concrete.
