‘SAM Fox’ Airmen from the 89th Airlift Wing partake in the 1st Airlift Squadron change-of-command ceremony at Joint Base Andrews, Md., May 7, 2015. Lt. Col. Justin A. Riddle assumed command of the 1st AS, which was relinquished by Lt. Col. Robert S. Hilliard, who will assume the 89th Operations Group deputy commander position. Riddle, a command pilot with more than 4,100 hours on the T-37, T-1, C-17A and C-40B, is now responsible for the daily operations of Special Air Missions using select aircrews on C-32A and C-40B aircraft.
