South Carolina National Guard Soldiers from across the state overcome a variety of obstacles as they progress through the confidence course, May 15, 2016, at Ft. Jackson, S.C as part of the brand-new Lifestyle Enhancement Achievement Program. The two-week class is designed to teach healthy lifestyle choices and improve physical fitness to help retainment of SCNG Soldiers. Those completing the program will then use their new found skills to assist others in their units who may also be having health and fitness challenges. (U.S. Army Photo by Sgt.
