Members of Kirkuk's Fire Department stand by in case of emergency during the elections at the Kirkuk Provincial Police Headquarters in Kirkuk, Iraq, March 7. The only violence in Kirkuk election day was celebratory gunfire by the people of the city after polls closed without incident.
