Recruits of Lima Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, conduct pull-ups during an inventory physical fitness test at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, May 16. To complete a single pull-up, recruits had to get their chin over the bar completely. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Lima Company is scheduled to graduate June 10.
