On the eve of the 2010 Iraqi Elections, 19th Iraqi Army Brigade Commander, Staff Brig. Gen. Hedaut meets with local Sheiks and Khan Bani Sa'd, 1st Battalion, 19 Brigade, 5th Infantry Division Iraqi Army Commander, Staff Colonel Hassan at 3/19 Iraqi Army Head Quarters. U. S. Forces pre-positioned at Khan Bani Sad Iraqi army headquarters, one of it's partner battalions, to provide Quick Reaction Force, able to assist the Iraqi security force in the event of a catastrophic scenario.
