SAN CLEMENTE ISLAND, Calif. (Apr. 18, 2016) - Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, load a high mobility multi-purpose wheeled vehicle (HMMWW) onto a lowboy trailer to prepare for it to be transported off San Clemente Island, Calif. NMCB 4 is the forward deployed pacific NMCB ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance/disaster relief operations and provide general engineering support to Navy, Marine Corps and joint operational forces.
