(Apr. 18, 2016) - Equipment Operator Third Class Jeremy Mulholland, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, secures a high mobility multi-purpose wheeled vehicle (HMMWW) to prepare for it to be transported off San Clemente Island, Calif. NMCB 4 is the forward deployed pacific NMCB ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance/disaster relief operations and provide general engineering support to Navy, Marine Corps and joint operational forces.
