OJOJIHARA, Japan – Sgt. Kenyun Scott, a Mansfield, Louisiana native from India battery section chief with 3rd Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment, currently attached to 3rd Battalion, 12th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force under the unit deployment program, attends a promotion ceremony during Artillery Relocation Training Program 16-1 on May 13, 2016. ARTP is a Japan-funded, routine training exercise that allows Marines with 3rd Battalion, 12th Marines, based out of Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, to conduct live-fire training. The promotion ceremony was for Sgt. Christopher Kokaly, a Lubbock, Texas native with 3rd Battalion, 11th Marines.
