Cpl. Brett J. Nelson, a bulk fuel specialist with Marine Wing Support Squadron 172, received a III Marine Expeditionary Force challenge coin from Lt. Gen. Lawrence D. Nicholson, III MEF Commanding General, at Mount Bundey Airfield, Northern Territory, Australia, on May 11, 2016. Nelson, from Springfield, Ohio, earned the coin for his outstanding conduct while deployed.
