Voters headed to polling sites fill the streets of Memouna, Iraq, March 7. They were observed by Provincial Council officials and Iraqi army representatives conducting an overflight of Maysan province. The Iraqi leaders observed lines at polling sites and assessed security from UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters.
