    A U.S. Navy Seabee assigned to Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines talks with children at a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Lanao Agricultural College at Barangay (community) Lumbatan in the Lanao Del Sur municipality. Fifteen Navy Seabees partnered with school officials, soldiers from the Philippines 103rd Infantry Army Brigade and contractors to build two buildings that contain six classrooms.
