Engineer Mocamad M. Raki-In, provincial administer for the municipality of Lanao Del Sur, cuts a ribbon with a Special Forces Soldier from Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines during a school turnover ceremony at the Lanao Agricultural College at Barangay (community) Lumbatan in the Lanao Del Sur municipality. The ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrated the official turnover of two school buildings constructed by U.S. Navy Seabees assigned to JSOTF-P. More than 500 local residents attended the ceremony.
