MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. – Marines learn about the capabilities of a prototype hybrid generator during the Expeditionary Energy Concepts symposium at Camp Pendleton May 3, 2016. E2C features new technologies developed by outside companies to improve the reach and effectiveness of the Marine Corps. The three-day event also gives Marines who would work with the technology on a daily basis the opportunity to identify possible areas for improvement. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Lance Cpl.
