NEW ORLEANS - Mr. David Frank accepts the 2016 New Orleans Federal Executive Board's Distinguished Service Award on behalf of Mrs. Shelly R. Miller, for the Outstanding Customer Service Effort award, May 4, 2016.

Miller is commended for exceptional customer service as the lead attorney-advisor for the 8th District's regulatory program from April 2014 - March 201. She ensured timely and accurate reviews of over 350 waterway closures and drawbridge schedules. Her E-Signature initiative reduced processing times and served as an active member of her community.
