Lorena Trinberg, a Marshall Center Program on Cyber Security Studies alumna, and a legal analyst of German and Colombian descent at the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence in Tallinn, Estonia, presents “Legal Aspects of Cyber Terrorism” during the Global Cyber Security Alumni Community of Interest Workshop April 26. Titled “Countering Terrorism: Cyber Strategy Solutions to Protecting Critical Infrastructure,” the workshop will be held until April 28. As part of PCSS, this workshop for cyber security and counterterrorism alumni and experts from across the globe serves as a forum to address international, multi-stakeholder security concerns in the cyber domain.
