Andrew Ramos, commander, from Stilwell, Kan., display the 418th Civil Affairs Battalion, C Company Yellow Banner at Army Support Activity-Dix's Griffith Field House, March 1. The 418th, whose motto is "Proud and Ready," is from Belton, Mo. and will deploy to the Horn of Africa to perform nation building, humanitarian, and medical support missions in countries including Djibouti and Ethiopia. The Yellow Banner ceremony is performed at ASA-Dix to pay tribute to mobilizing military organizations.
