A rider zips through a course of cones April 29 at Naha Military Port, Okinawa, Japan. Status of Force Agreement personnel completed the Circuit Riders Motorcycle course. The course provided novice and veteran riders the opportunity to hone their skills riding at high speeds in a controlled environment, something not easily found in Okinawa.
