Marine Cpl. Matthew Perse, 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, ensures precision leveling with each block laid at La Pichinga, Dominican Republic in support of Exercise NEW HORIZONS 2016. Perse along with other Marines and RED HORSE personnel are building a 3,000 square foot clinic that will provide medical services to 800 families in the local community.
