U.S. Army Capt. Luis Rivera, assigned to Civil Affairs Team 716 from Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines gives a bag of school supplies to a student at a Medical Civic Action Project in Barangay Taluksangay. JSOTF-P members assisted more than 25 agencies at the medical mission for more than 1,000 people. Throughout the day, doctors performed nearly 50 circumcisions, pulled 150 teeth, and conducted 25 minor surgeries.
