    Chief Petty Officer Michael A. Walls, assigned to Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines, removes a cyst on a male patient during a Medical Civic Action Project in Barangay (community) Taluksangay. Members of JSOTF-P's Civic Action Team 716 assisted more than 25 agencies that came together to treat more than 1,000 patents. During the one-day event, doctors performed a variety of services such as circumcisions, tooth extractions, check-ups, and vaccinations.
