Soldiers of the 1-144th Maneuver Task Force, Multi-National Battle Group-East in Kosovo, prepare a concertina obstacle on Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo, during a train-up for MNBG-E's recent "Full Operational Capable Exercise," which tested the Battle Group's ability to respond to incidents quickly throughout Kosovo. The FOC was part of a validation process that all five KFOR Battle Groups underwent.
