U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer Jon Kristoffersen, augmentee for Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), excavates for remains in Lak Xao province, Laos, Mar. 15, 2016. Their efforts are focused on the search for personnel who went down in a Sikorsky HH-3E helicopter during a reconnaissance mission.
