A uniformed victim advocate salutes U.S. Marine Brig. Gen. David A. Ottignon during a UVA appreciation ceremony aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., April 6, 2016. Ottignon is the commanding general of 1st Marine Logistics Group. These advocates provide information, guidance, and support to Marines and Sailors who have experienced sexual assault.
