Dr. Charina Izquierdo-Isahac, provincial dental coordinator for Sulu's Integrated Provincial Health Office, completes a dental screening at a Medical and Dental Civic Action Project at the Notre Dame of Jolo College in Barangay (community) Bus Bus. U.S. Army Civil Affairs Team 715 from Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines joined up with local officials and Armed Forces of the Philippines Joint Task Force Comet to treat more than 450 patients from the underserved Bajau population.
