160411-N-TO818-031 DETROIT (April 11, 2016) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus delivers remarks at a ship naming ceremony at the General Motors Renaissance Center in downtown Detroit. The Navy's newest Arleigh Burke class destroyer, DDG 120, was named Carl M. Levin in honor of the longest serving senator in Michigan history.
