Soldiers with 2nd Battalion, 327th Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), exit a CH-47 Chinook during a cold load training event at the Joint Readiness Training Center, Fort Polk, Louisiana, April 8, 2016. The “No Slack” Soldiers trained under the watchful eye of crew chiefs and pilots with 3rd Battalion, 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division in order to become familiar with the layout of both CH-47 Chinooks and UH-60 Blackhawks. During their rotation at JRTC, Soldiers must be able to load quickly onto an aircraft, whether it has seats or not, and understand what to do if a vehicle is being moved too. These skills will come in use as the rotation continues throughout the next several weeks. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
