A local Iraqi woman fans her sleeping infant as she patiently awaits her turn to see a doctor during a cooperative medical engagement held in Gnather, Iraq June 22, 2006. The one-day operation was conducted by Marines from 1st Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment and soldiers from the Iraqi Army. The goal was to provide much needed medical care to local residents.
