U.S. Army Capt. Justin Hamilton, team surgeon with the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) performs a checkup on a local worker in Xiangkhoang Province, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, March 30, 2016, as part of humanitarian efforts for the area. Members of DPAA deployed to the area in hopes of recovering the remains of a pilot unaccounted for during the Vietnam War era.
