Jim Covington, Mayor of Belton, Texas shows an engraved brick to Col. Larry Phelps, commander of the 15th Sust. Bde., 13th ESC and his command team during a video teleconference at the brigade's headquarters building, here Jan. 22. The brick that reads, "15th Sustainment Brigade, Belton's Heroes," will be displayed in Belton's Patriot Way Brickwalk that is located in historic downtown Belton. Covington also read in the proclamation that a tree will be planted with a monument in Belton's Heritage Park in the spring to pay tribute to their heroes of the 15th Sustainment Brigade.
