With the snip of a pink ribbon, Iraqi Minister of the Interior Jawad Al-Bulani ushered in a new era for northern Iraq police officers, at the grand opening of the Ninewa Police College in Mosul, Iraq. The sprawlling, $19 million, 20-acre complex will provide three-years of innovative law enforcement training for Ninewa Province Police Officers, culminating in a second lieutenant commission and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.
