Iraqi Minister of the Interior Jawad Al- Bulani offers a few comments during the opening ceremonies of the Ninewa Police College in norhern Iraq. Approximately 300 students are expected to be trained annually at the new facility. located in Mosul, Iraq. Upon graduation, students will be commissioned as second lieutenants in the Iraqi police force and earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.
