Cooks from the Wiesbaden Strong Teams Cafe Dining Facility (DFAC) brought a Mobile Kitchen Trailer (MKT) out to the Wackernheim Regional Range Facility on 30 March 2016 to feed the U.S. Army Europe Soldiers. Spc. Luke Wilson, a grill mechanic, checks the set up of the MKT used to prepare the meals which fed the Soldiers. After a long period of not being used, this is the first time the MKT has been set up to be used by the cooks for the Soldiers, it was a great opportunity for Ssg.
