Staff Sgt. Talia Fulgham, 379th Expeditionary Operations Support Squadron Airfield Management operations noncommissioned officer in charge from Alliance, Ohio, removes rocks from an aircraft parking ramp at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar March 17. As the NCOIC of the 379 EOSS Airfield Management office, Fulgham is responsible for ensuring all foreign objects and debris are removed from the airfield.
