POLARIS POINT, Guam (March 30, 2016) — Cmdr. David Lammers, commanding officer of the Los Angeles-class fast attack submarine USS Topeka (SSN 754), explains shipboard operating systems to , March 30. Topeaka is currently alongside the Emory S. Land-class submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40). Frank Cable, forward deployed to the island of Guam conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
