POLARIS POINT, Guam (March 30, 2016) — Cmdr. David Lammers, commanding officer of the Los Angeles-class fast attack submarine USS Topeka (SSN 754), watches as guest civilian Will Rogers, a military legislative assistant, looks down a torpedo tube in the torpedo room, March 30. Topeka is currently alongside the Emory S. Land-class submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS40). Frank Cable, forward deployed to the island of Guam conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
