FORT CARSON, Colo. – Command Sgt. Maj. Michael A. Crosby, 4th Infantry Division and Fort Carson command sergeant major, presents a token of the “Iron Horse” Division’s appreciation to Command Sgt. Maj. David S. Davenport Sr., U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, March 30, 2016. “It is a real honor and privilege to have TRADOC's command sergeant major visit the 4th Inf. Div. and the 168th Reg. RTI to discuss the future of professional military education, NCO professional development and credentialing opportunities for our Army professionals," said Crosby. "Leader development combined with progressive, challenging and realistic training are the life-blood of this organization and its NCOs, and NCO 2020 will be instrumental in ensuring our Soldiers are fit, disciplined and well-trained."
