For the second consecutive year, Soldiers from the 364th ESC together with recruiters from the Army Reserve and National Guard came together at the 13th Annual Everett Community College Students of Color Career Conference in Everett, Wash. March 24. The goal of the conference is to bring together the city’s most prominent professionals to motivate and inspire high school students as they prepare to enter adulthood. During the day-long event, student choose breakout sessions and heard from professionals in medicine, social work and military to name a few. In all, more than 100 careerists of color spoke to more than 3000 students from Snohomish County.
