160328-N-SR567-172 CHINHAE, Republic of Korea (March 28, 2016) Mineman 2nd Class Eric Evans gives a command to lower the stern crane, which has an exercise mine attached to it aboard USS Patriot (MCM 7) as part of Foal Eagle. Exercise mines are white with two orange stripes to signify they are non-explosive training mines. Foal Eagle is a series of joint and combined field training exercises conducted by Combined Forces Command (CFC) and U.S. Forces Korea (USFK) ground, air, naval and special operations component commands.
