160329-N-VJ282-214 ROTA, Spain (March 29, 2016) - Capt. Leonard Lyon, center, reports to Vice Adm. James Foggo III, commander, U.S. 6th Fleet, that he has assumed command of Naval Expeditionary Task Force Europe and Africa (CTF) 68, March 29, 2016. Lyon relieved Capt. Joseph Polanin to become the seventh commodore of CTF 68. CTF 68 commands all naval expeditionary forces in U.S. European Command and U.S. Africa Command areas of responsibility in direct support of Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Africa and Commander, U.S. 6th Fleet.
