Sergeant Josias Bahena, drill instructor, Bravo Company, 1st Recruit Training Battalion, instructs a recruit to move faster during pick up at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, March 25. The drill instructors are teaching the recruits to have discipline and to immediately follow the orders that are given to them. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Bravo Company is scheduled to graduate June 17.
